Welcome to the Sacred Art Club
These terms apply when you use sacredart.club or buy from Sacred Art Club (“we”, “us”). When you place an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to them. If anything is unclear, please ask us before you order, by email at support@sacredart.club or on WhatsApp (+91 81474 54379).
Your order is an offer: when you place an order on this website, you are offering to buy the pieces in your cart, as described on their product pages and in these terms.
Confirmation and contract: once we receive your order, we will email you to say it has arrived. This email only confirms that we have received your order. It does not yet mean we have accepted it. If, for reasons outside our control, we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know within 48 hours and refund any payment straight away.
Our contract with you begins when we start preparing your order: making it, for Made to Order pieces, or packing it, for ready pieces. The contract for that order is complete once it has been dispatched to you.
Cancellations:
- ✦ Made to Order pieces are handmade especially for you. You can cancel for a full refund until we begin making your piece. If you cancel after we have started, we may deduct the cost of the materials already used.
- Ready pieces (bought from the shop as they are) can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched, for a full refund. If you cancel after the shipment has been booked, we may deduct any cancellation charge made by our courier.
- To cancel, email support@sacredart.club or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible, with your order number.
We may not be able to fulfil an order if:
- the piece or the materials for it are no longer available
- your payment cannot be authorised
- there is a clear error in a price or product description
- the order does not meet these terms
In any of these cases, you will receive a full refund of anything you have paid.
1. Using the website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for keeping your account details private and for anything done through your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
2. Our handmade pieces
Every piece is made by hand, so small differences in size, shade and finish from the photos are a natural part of handmade work and are not defects. We take care to describe and photograph each piece accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.
We may change or stop offering any design at any time.
3. Made to Order pieces and shipping windows
- Pieces marked ✦ Made to Order are made after you order them.
- Orders are grouped into monthly ordering windows that run from the 15th of one month to the 14th of the next. Made to Order pieces ordered within a window are shipped by the 30th of the month the window closes (or the last day of that month, if it is shorter).
- Orders are made on a first come, first served basis, so earlier orders may be shipped sooner, as soon as they are ready.
- Shipping dates are our best estimate. Occasional delays can happen, and we will let you know if your order is affected.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
- Any bulk discount shown on a product is applied automatically in your cart.
- Please make sure all the details you give at checkout are accurate and complete.
- Full payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment options shown at checkout. See our Payments Policy. We begin making or packing your order only after payment is received.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.
5. Shipping
- We ship within India to the address you give at checkout. Please check that it is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
- Shipping is free on all ✦ Made to Order pieces.
- For ready pieces, shipping is free when they total more than ₹2,500. Below that, a shipping charge of ₹100 is added. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

- Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details where available. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
6. Damaged items, returns and refunds
- Because every piece is handmade, and Made to Order pieces are made especially for you, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.
- If that happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging and a short description of the problem. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
- Items sent back to us must be unused and unwashed, in their original packaging, with the invoice and any free gifts that came with them.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, up to the price paid for the piece. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Emails and WhatsApp messages
By placing an order, you agree to receive important communications about your order and your account by email and WhatsApp. Newsletters, stories and offers are sent only if you have chosen to receive them, and you can change this at any time from the Subscription Preferences link in any of our emails, or from your account.
8. Our designs and content
All designs, patterns, photos, text and logos on this website belong to Sacred Art Club and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Please do not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.
9. Liability
We take great care with every piece and every order. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect losses, and our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Indian consumer law.
10. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The version shown here when you place an order applies to that order.
