Every Sacred Art Club piece is handmade, and Made to Order pieces are made especially for you. This policy explains when you can cancel an order, what to do if something arrives damaged, and how refunds work. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Cancelling an order
- ✦ Made to Order pieces: you can cancel for a full refund until we begin making your piece. We will let you know when work begins. If you cancel after we have started, we may deduct the cost of the materials already used.
- Ready pieces (bought from the shop as they are): you can cancel at any time before they are dispatched, for a full refund. If you cancel after the shipment has been booked, we may deduct any cancellation charge made by our courier.
- Once an order has been delivered, it can no longer be cancelled. Please see the returns section below.
To cancel, email support@sacredart.club or message us on WhatsApp (+91 81474 54379) as soon as possible, with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect items
- If your item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging and a short description of the problem.
- We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Returns
- Because every piece is handmade, and Made to Order pieces are made especially for you, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.
- Items sent back to us must be unused and unwashed, in their original packaging, with the invoice and any free gifts that came with them.
- We do not accept returns of items that have been used or washed, or that are not in their original condition, unless they arrived damaged.
Refunds
- Once an approved return reaches us and has been checked, or once a cancellation has been approved, we start your refund straight away.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to a bank account or UPI ID that you share with us.
- Refunds are made up to the price paid for the piece. Shipping charges are refunded only if the item arrived damaged, was incorrect, or we cancelled the order.
If we cancel your order
If we are unable to make or deliver your order, if the materials are no longer available, or if there is a clear error in a price or description, we will cancel the order, let you know, and refund the full amount you paid.
