This policy explains how payment works on sacredart.club. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
- The total cost of your order is the price of the pieces you order plus shipping, where it applies. The full amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Any bulk discount shown on a product is applied automatically in your cart.
- A GST invoice is issued by The Hobby Trove (GSTIN 29AIHPD2201K1ZK) for every order.
When and how you pay
- Full payment is taken when you place your order.
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. You can pay with UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets, as shown at checkout.
- Where Cash on Delivery is offered, you pay the full order amount to the delivery partner when your parcel arrives.
Card and payment security
- We never see or store your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login details on our website or servers. They are entered directly on our payment partner’s secure page.
- By paying, you confirm that the card, UPI account or bank account you use is yours, or that you are authorised to use it.
- All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your bank or card issuer. If your bank refuses or does not authorise a payment, for any reason, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is debited from your account but your order is not confirmed, or you are charged twice for the same order, the amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days. If it does not arrive, please email support@sacredart.club or message us on WhatsApp (+91 81474 54379).
Who can buy
To place an order you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you
- give your real name, phone number, email address and a delivery address in India
- use a valid payment method accepted at checkout
Our rights
We may withdraw any product from this website at any time, correct errors in prices or descriptions, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
